The challenge
The goal was to develop a modern ride-hailing solution that simplifies the process of connecting passengers with available drivers while providing a reliable and intuitive experience for both sides of the platform. The project required a coordinated system for ride requests, driver availability, location tracking, trip management and administrative oversight, with an interface that makes the entire journey easy to understand and navigate.
The solution
Designed and developed Zapp as an integrated ride-hailing ecosystem with dedicated experiences for passengers and drivers, alongside an administrative dashboard. The platform focuses on simplifying ride requests, improving communication between riders and drivers, and providing visual feedback throughout the journey. Particular attention was given to real-time location awareness, intuitive navigation and a clean, premium user interface.
